Ticket office
For information or reservations, please contact the ticket office Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except during the summer season). For the 2008 summer season, which begins June 25 (Wednesday to Sunday), the ticket office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays, and from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Visa and MasterCard are accepted as well as debit card payments. You must claim your tickets on the evening of the show at least 30 minutes before showtime. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of cancellation by the Théâtre de la Dame de Coeur, in which case a refund will be granted in the same mode of payment received.

A $10 fee (tax included) will apply for any date changes. There are no fees for date changes made on the day of reservation.

Tour and activities before the show at CIMBAD

A tour and an activity lasting about 20 minutes are offered to you FREE OF CHARGE at CIMBAD before showtime, around 7 p.m.

Enjoy regional specialties or bring a picnic

Try our dinner theatre packages and enjoy a great meal at the Vieux Moulin restaurant, located on site facing the river. A selection of regional specialties prepared by the competent and friendly staff of the Érablière de la Chute, and offered at reasonable and affordable prices, awaits you at La Table du Vieux Moulin.
Would you rather have a family picnic? No problem! Several picnic tables are available.

Fireplaces

Take advantage of the 20-minute intermission to relax by the fireplaces at the manor house garden.
Information and advice for guests:
- Les dinosaures ne savent pas lire is a giant puppet show for all ages.
- The show takes place in a 400-seat outdoor theatre.
- An immense canopy roof rises above the theatre space, guaranteeing performances in case of rain.
- The swivelling seats allow you to follow the action from all sides. The seats are equipped with heated shoulder straps to keep you nice and warm.
- We recommend you dress warmly even though we provide blankets.
- There are no seats with poor sightlines, since the action takes place all around.
- The site is accessible to mobility-impaired individuals.
- Theatre doors open a half-hour before showtime.
- There is a restaurant and bar on the premises.
- Directions to the theatre: From Highway 20, take Exit 147 to the town of Upton, turn left after the flashing light and continue for half a kilometre to the theatre.
